Expattage was formed in 2022 with the clear objective to provide housing solution to individuals who need short-term accommodation (minimum 3 months) with budget constraints. We seek to provide a comfortable stay for them and to treat all our tenants with respect.Since its inception in 2022, we are now managing more than 10 apartments in Singapore. Our goal is to increase that to 30 apartments by 2024.
Our unique selling point is our emphasis on 2 important elements for a comfortable stay with us:
- Good quality bed
- Good wifi connection
We also have a unique & friendly “emergency key system” in case our tenants accidentally leave their keys inside their rooms.
We do not aspire to be the biggest coliving player in Singapore. However, we aspire to be the “most-liked” coliving company in Singapore, one that gives great experience for our tenants, whom we treat as part of our Expattage family!
As we are a professional coliving company, we follow strictly the URA rules in terms of the minimum lease period (3 months) & maximum number of occupants (6 pax) at any one point. We also ensure that all occupants are legal stayers with valid documents. We do the necessary due diligence to ensure all the rules are followed.
